1. Who we are
NextXI is a career marketplace connecting college athletes with employers. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use NextXI. Athletes must be current or former college student-athletes. Employers must represent a legitimate hiring organization.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the security of your account and everything posted from it. Provide accurate information. Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
4. Acceptable use
You may not post content that is unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, sexually explicit, fraudulent, or infringing. No spam, scraping, or automated data collection. No use of the platform to solicit anything outside of professional employment opportunities.
5. Content you post
You retain ownership of what you upload (resume, video pitch, profile content). You grant NextXI a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content on the platform for the purpose of operating the service.
6. Connections and contact information
Contact details are only revealed after both parties accept a connection. Do not use another user's contact information for anything other than the professional opportunity discussed.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
8. No warranty
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee employment outcomes, the accuracy of any profile, or the conduct of any user.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextXI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
