What we collect
Account details (email, name, role), profile content you provide (school, sport, bio, skills, resume, headshot, video pitch, employer company info), and connection activity. We also collect basic technical logs (IP, user agent) for security.
How we use it
To operate the platform, match athletes with employers, secure the service, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your data.
What is public
If you publish your profile, its non-contact fields are visible to signed-in users of the opposite role. Your email, resume file, and employer contact details are private until a connection is accepted.
Resumes and video pitches
Uploaded files are stored in private storage. Only you can read your resume. Video pitches are shown on your published profile.
AI processing
When you upload a resume, we send the file to an AI model to extract structured fields. The model provider does not use your data to train their models.
Cookies and sessions
We use a session cookie / local storage token to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can edit or delete your profile at any time from the app. Contact us to fully delete your account and associated data.
Data retention
Profile data lives until you delete it. Reports and moderation records are retained for up to 24 months.
